Post-HBO Senior Quality Management (met coaching)
Wilt u na uw afgeronde HBO studie een uitdagende vervolgstap maken? De Post-HBO Senior Quality Management opleiding geeft u een verbreding en verdieping op uw vorige studie. Deze opleiding biedt u de handvatten om tot de juiste strategische keuzes te komen binnen Quality Management. De opleiding staat grotendeels in het teken van de praktijk. Door het opstellen van een Strategisch Verbeterplan Praktijk-Case© brengt u het geleerde meteen in de praktijk. Veel ambitieuze kwaliteitsmanagers, supplychain managers en teamleiders hebben deze Post-HBO opleiding al gevolgd.
Na afloop van deze opleiding bent u in staat om op een doeltreffende manier een strategische meerwaarde te bieden voor uw organisatie.
Doelgroep
Deze opleiding is ontwikkeld voor iedere kwaliteitsmanager, teamleider kwaliteit, supply chain manager of voor mensen die op korte termijn deze functie willen gaan bekleden. De opleiding is ook geschikt voor iedereen die inzicht willen hebben in Strategisch Quality Management voor een profit of non-profit organisatie.
Individuele coaching
Van Soest-Koedam biedt deze unieke opleiding standaard aan met individuele coaching. Naast de studiebijeenkomsten komt een coach tweemaal per module bij u langs voor coaching-on-the-job. Deze vorm van opleiden zorgt voor een optimaal leerrendement.
Vooropleiding
Voor deze studie stelt Van Soest-Koedam geen eisen aan uw vooropleiding. Indien u twijfelt over het instapniveau, dan kunt u contact opnemen met onze afdeling Advies & Voorlichting.
Studiewijze
Tijdens de opleiding staat het leren door doen centraal. U werkt met persoonlijke leerdoelen, praktijkcases en praktijk gerelateerde oefeningen. Als rode draad door de opleiding doorloopt u stap voor stap de onderdelen van deze opleiding. Door onder meer het inbrengen van uw eigen situaties wordt de opleiding gericht op de eigen werksituatie.
Studievoorbereiding
Iedere studiebijeenkomst vereist ongeveer 3 tot 5 uur studievoorbereiding. Voor de individuele coaching is geen voorbereiding nodig.

Tijdens de opleiding schrijft u een Verbeterplan Praktijk-Case©. Hieruit moet uw beheersing van de behandelde onderwerpen goed naar voren komen.
Als u dit onderdeel met een positief resultaat afsluit, ontvangt u het officiële Van Soest-Koedam diploma van deze opleiding.
Duur
Van Soest-Koedam verzorgt deze opleiding zowel in avond- als in dagopleiding. De coach neemt contact met u op om een planning te maken voor de twee werkplekbezoeken bij u thuis of op de werkplek binnen uw organisatie.

Scholing wordt gestimuleerd door de overheid. Zo komen werkgevers in aanmerking voor belastingvermindering als tegemoetkoming voor de studiekosten. Betaalt u zelf de opleiding?
